“The Pearl Harbor experience was very informative and moving. I liked that there was a short documentary to be viewed before going to the Memorial that put everything into perspective. As an added bonus, our tour guide Lola gave some excellent information about the history of Hawaii while pointing out some sites both on the way to and back from Pearl Harbor. “The tour was really not worth much. The only reason to use this company was to get a reservation to get into the uss Arizona. The city tour was not worth it. We spent most of the time picking up different partys to join the group. They would do better, just heading straight to the pearl harbor visitors center, so you have time to actually see things while there.”

“Aside from visiting the shipwreck site to see the names of the victims and pay respects, there isn't much to see. If you're interested in the history of this tragedy, that's fine, but personally, I could have learned just as much online. The film is interesting, but nothing special. I thought we would be able to see the wreck underwater. We only see a part of it above the water, and oil is still leaking from it, supposedly to symbolize the blood of the victims! I think it's more likely they're just avoiding paying to empty the ship's tanks. If that's the case, they should have at least cordoned off…”

“Overall good experience with the service. Just one thing when we arrived at the airport and received our bags we didn’t know where to find the shuttle. We did not receive a call or email to let us know that the shuttle was coming or had arrived. I had to call and waited on hold for approximately ten minutes”

“There was noone waiting for us at baggage. Over several phone calls we were sent in different directions and even hung up on. Each support call put us on hold while supposedly contactong driver. After over an hour of anxious waiting and worrying we were finally crowded into a packed van and endured an extended ride as we were the last ones to be dropped off. When we finally arrived at our hotel my suitcase was unloaded with a broken wheel.”

“We were not sure how this was going to work as I am not used to booking something as important as transportation through a third party. We always do it directly. Everything was organized and everything went extremely smoothly. Our driver contacted us the evening before we arrived with his name and other information. We contacted him while we waited for our luggage and he was there in minutes after we picked up our luggage. KIra was kind friendly and gave us some great ideas about things to do, see and eat. I would not hesitate to book with them again or to recommend them to anyone. A fantastic service!”

“For a second time the meeting place address was incorrect. In London the address failed to have a west or east destination. My wife and I ended up miles from the actual meeting place. Here in Honolulu they got it a little better. The address listed was only about 700 yards away from the actual pick up spot. The phone number to call for a contact went to a hotel and they had no idea what I was talking about. Viator pawned off our trip to a third party. This third party guide contacted us and thankfully we were able to find their location. Viator needs to update their website…”
