“It was pretty slow to get picked up at the airport. Could have been a little better. I had to call three times and once was put on hold and the person never got back on line. I had to hang up and call back.”

After over an hour of anxious waiting and worrying we were finally crowded into a packed van and endured an extended ride as we were the last ones to be dropped off. When we finally arrived at our hotel my suitcase was unloaded with a broken wheel.”

“The entertainment was wonderful. The luxury bus and host were phenomenal. Plenty of space and activities throughout the luau. My guys (aged 12 and 44) thought the food was good. I thought it was ok. (Catered in professionally.) We got the Royal package but really unless you’re counting on multiple bar drinks and the free tshirt you don’t need to spend the money. Recommend!”

“We were not sure how this was going to work as I am not used to booking something as important as transportation through a third party. We always do it directly. Everything was organized and everything went extremely smoothly. Our driver contacted us the evening before we arrived with his name and other information. We contacted him while we waited for our luggage and he was there in minutes after we picked up our luggage. KIra was kind friendly and gave us some great ideas about things to do, see and eat. I would not hesitate to book with them again or to recommend them to anyone. A fantastic service!”
