“It was pretty slow to get picked up at the airport. Could have been a little better. I had to call three times and once was put on hold and the person never got back on line. I had to hang up and call back.”

The staff was beyond friendly and kind and super attentive they really wanted to make sure we had an enjoyable experience and soaked in every moment we could. it was the highlight of my trip and I would totally recommend Hawea to friends and family if they ever visit waikiki because this is a once in a lifetime opportunity to do!”

“Overall good experience with the service. Just one thing when we arrived at the airport and received our bags we didn’t know where to find the shuttle. We did not receive a call or email to let us know that the shuttle was coming or had arrived. I had to call and waited on hold for approximately ten minutes”

“There was noone waiting for us at baggage. Over several phone calls we were sent in different directions and even hung up on. Each support call put us on hold while supposedly contactong driver. After over an hour of anxious waiting and worrying we were finally crowded into a packed van and endured an extended ride as we were the last ones to be dropped off. When we finally arrived at our hotel my suitcase was unloaded with a broken wheel.”

“The activity itself is fun. We get to swim whilst we were waiting for the sun to set. We even saw a whale! The other tourists i was with were super awesome. Love the vibes. The staffs are friendly, accommodating and just amazing! They made the time out there fun and engaging. Too bad i cant remember their names but i think the captains name was nick. “We were not sure how this was going to work as I am not used to booking something as important as transportation through a third party. We always do it directly. Everything was organized and everything went extremely smoothly. Our driver contacted us the evening before we arrived with his name and other information. We contacted him while we waited for our luggage and he was there in minutes after we picked up our luggage. KIra was kind friendly and gave us some great ideas about things to do, see and eat. I would not hesitate to book with them again or to recommend them to anyone. A fantastic service!”

“The guides where so entertaining, they made sure everybody feels good and gave good instructions. We saw so many turtles, the marine life in general and even dolphins. They made sure everybody got to see things and was comfortable!”

Although it’s BYOB, it’s perfect for my family who doesn’t care to drink anyways - we had another “open bar” boat who was loading up next to us and it was WAY too many people and it looked over crowded - this crew was small but the journey felt much more intimate and they were all super friendly and I felt safe throughout the whole trip!”
